Terms of Service
Scope of Work
Jack’s Forestry Mulching will perform the services described in the estimate provided to the client. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work can begin, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
Property Access
The client agrees to provide access to the property as needed to complete the work. Jack’s Forestry Mulching is not liable for any damage to underground utilities, sprinklers, or septic systems that are not clearly marked by the client prior to the start of work.
Debris Removal
Unless otherwise specified in the estimate, all debris generated by our work will be left on site. Hauling and disposal of debris is available for an additional fee.
Warranty
Jack’s Forestry Mulching warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. This warranty is valid for 30 days after completion of the work. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of God, vandalism, or negligence by others.
Liability
Jack’s Forestry Mulching carries liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance. However, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or diminished property value.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Benton County.By hiring Jack’s Forestry Mulching, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you have any questions, please contact us before work begins.
